Overview
In the article Inform a Client about SecureExchange the process on how to inform a client about a SecureExchange has been discussed. This article will focus on the Client View of a SecureExchange.
Client View of SecureExchange
Once the client received the E-mail Link or Copy Link from the Client Advisor and clicks on the provided link, the client will be directed to the login page of the SecureExchange platform.
By clicking on the button Send 2-factor code a verification code will be send via SMS to the phone number of the client provided by the Client Advisor. The received code will be valid for 5 minutes.
The Client now has to enter the received code to access the SecureExchange.
Once the code has been entered the Client is directed to the SecureExchange overview page. Here the Client is able to view, upload and download documents.
By clicking or drag and drop the Client can upload and add required documents to the SecureExchange.
Once the document has been added the Client will be able to share the documents with the Client Advisor by clicking on the Share documents.
By clicking on the button a confirmation dialog will be displayed to ask again if the documents are ready to be shared.
Once the Client clicks on the Share button an e-mail will be triggered to inform the Client Advisor about the shared documents.
After the Client logs out of the SecureExchange platform the following page will be displayed with the information that the previously provided link needs to be reused to login to the SecureExchange again.
