DSwiss Glossary

This glossary defines common terms that you might see while working with SecureExchange, Postbox or throughout our Help Center.

A

Account

An account defines the user credentials for a customer to use the SecureExchange.

Administrator

An administrator on the SecureExchange platform creates and manages Client Advisors and oversees SecureExchanges.

Admin Portal 

Product for the creation and management of administrators, client advisors and SecureExchanges.

Client

A client on the SecureExchange platform can upload and share uploaded documents with advisor, view, download and delete documents.

Client Advisor

Client Advisors on the SecureExchange platform can create and manage SecureExchanges, upload, download, and delete documents, and also delete the SecureExchanges they create, thereby securely managing and exchanging sensitive documents with clients.

Client View

Platform for the clients. It encompasses all pages including the login page, Dashboard page, log out page, error page (if any).

DSwiss Enterprise API

A set of REST endpoints that can be used by a provider to interact with the DSwiss eSafe.

Provider

A provider on the SecureExchange platform creates and manages Administrators.

Security Architecture

The design artefacts that describe how the security controls (= security countermeasures) are positioned, and how they relate to the overall IT architecture. These controls serve the purpose to maintain the system’s quality attributes, among them confidentiality, integrity, availability, accountability and assurance.
