Postbox User Flow - Adhoc Check

Allow users to quickly and securely access and manage unread documents in their Postbox

1. End-User Logs into Postbox

The user logs into their banking system. 

• Action: Access Postbox through the banking dashboard.

• System Response: Authentication is verified using banking credentials and security protocols (e.g., two-factor authentication or SSO).

2. User Navigates to Postbox

• Action: After logging in, the user accesses the Postbox section within the banking interface.
• System Response:

  • Dashboard: Banking dashboard with a link to Postbox.

  • Navigation: End-user clicks the link to access the Postbox interface.

3. User Views Unread Documents

• Decision Point: The end-user sees a list of new (unread) documents delivered by the service provider.
• System Response: 

  • Document List:

    • Displays sender, document type, and received date.

    • Click to expand:

      • Displays a Document preview, the Subject, Product Number, Category, Received on, File size

  • Permissions: Users with a 'Viewer' role can view, download, print, and copy files securely.

  • Auditing: For legal reasons, an audit log is written when a file is read/downloaded

4. User Opens a Document

• Action: The user selects a document to view its contents.
• System Response:

• • Document Viewer: In-app viewer for documents.

  • Annotations: Depending on permissions, the end-user can add notes.

  • Auditing: For legal reasons, an audit log is written when a file is opened.
