What is the Activity Log?

The Activity Log provides a detailed record of all actions performed by members of an exchange. It helps client advisors keep track of important changes, ensure transparency, and strengthen accountability.

What does the Activity Log show?

The Activity Log lists key information for every action performed in an exchange, including:

  • Action performed (e.g., exchange created, folder created, file upload, download, delete, share)

  • User name who performed the action

  • Date and time of the activity

  • Description of the action (such as the file name or user added)

Why is this useful?

The Activity Log allows client advisors to:

  • Monitor user activities in real-time

  • Quickly identify who made changes to shared content

  • Investigate incidents by identifying who made which changes and when

  • Support compliance and auditing requirements

  • Increase overall transparency and security

How to access the Activity Log

  1. Navigate to client advisor dashboard.

  2. Open the Exchange, you would like to review.

  3. Click on the three dots (.) on the top left corner.

  4. Click on Activity Log.

Regularly check the Activity Log to stay informed about what’s happening in an exchange.

Who has access to Activity Log?

Only client advisors assigned to this exchange have access to the activity log for this exchange.
