Overview
SecureExchange users who have the Provider role need to be set up by DSwiss during the setup and onboarding process.
This article outlines the required information and a quick overview of our internal process.
Setup of Provider
Required Information
Before the setup and onboarding of a Provider takes place the following information is required:

Customer name
-
Customer email
The Provider is usually the project owner on customer side who is coordinating the implementation process of SecureExchange within the company.
Setup
Once this information has been received, the SecureExchange provider account will be set up in the backend. A direct URL link to the production environment, along with a one-time password for login, will be sent to the customer. Upon logging in, administrators can be set up.
